npm install is not a commercial licence. Every Graphy package ships three PolyForm grants. You use the one whose conditions you meet.
Free Trial is 32 consecutive calendar days of local or internal evaluation. It does not let you distribute the SDK. A live public page needs Small Business, Noncommercial, or a commercial deal.
This page is plain language. If it and the licence text disagree, the licence
in the package wins:

Can I put this chart on a public page?
Not under Free Trial. Shipping the package in a public JS bundle is distributing a copy of the software. Free Trial forbids that.
After day 32, Free Trial ends. Keep using the software only if you qualify for another grant, or contact hello@graphy.dev.
Which grant am I on?
Pick one. You do not stack them.- Noncommercial — personal, charitable, educational, research, or government use. Not for commercial advantage.
- Small Business — commercial use if your company has fewer than 100 people (employees and contractors) and under the revenue threshold in the Small Business licence ($1,000,000 USD in 2019 dollars, CPI-adjusted).
- Free Trial — everyone else, for 32 consecutive calendar days, locally or internally, with no right to distribute copies.
